Job Description & Skill Set Required:
– Providing consultancy to new clients in order to start implementation of ERP.
– Providing training to the client about the various functionalities of the ERP.
– Coordinating with client and the zOrder team in order to resolve the client’s issues and concerns.
– Providing technical assistance to the client during and after the implementation throughout the life-cycle of the product.
– Taking responsibility of the client’s concern and pledge to resolve it fully upto customer’s utmost satisfaction.
– The candidate should be graduate from reputed institution.
– The candidate must have pleasant and impressive personality
– Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in written and verbal communication. Must speaking in English.
– Must be a team player, able to lead and influence others.
– The candidate should be well versed with the business terms like Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Taxation, Job work, Stock Reconciliation etc.
– Technical knowledge/experience of implementing ERP applications
